WE ACCEPT RETURNS

If you are not happy with your purchase you have 14 days from the date you received your order to exchange or return.

- A return or exchange of your entire or parts of your order can be made provided that the goods are unused, all tags remain attached and that the packaging is undamaged.
Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.

- We aim to process all returns within 5 working days of receiving your returned goods. Your refund will be credited to the original payment method.

How to make a return or exchange:

1) Please return your goods properly packaged in original packaging. We will not accept any goods that are damaged during the return shipping if they are not properly packaged.
2) Please fill in the return note and reason for return/exchange (can be downloaded below).
3) Please enclose your return note with your package.
4) Send your package via your local post office/other preferred return method and keep the proof of postage. The customer is responsible for the returns shipping costs unless the goods are faulty.

RECEIVING YOUR REFUND

Your refund will be credited to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Card Payments
If you have paid with a debit or credit card the returned amount will be automatically transferred to your account. Please note that the amount will be transferred to the same card as used for the original order. Please note that refunds can take up to 7 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.

Invoice
By logging onto”My Pages” you can move the invoice’s due date forward by 10 days and you can also check when the return was registered by obtaining an updated version of your invoice. You can log onto by stating your e-mail address which was used during your purchase or your OCR/Invoice number and your personal identity number. If the return has not been registered close to the invoice due date, then please contact Klarna customer service for help and information.

Account
The invoice will be adjusted to your Klarna account. If you choose to return parts of your order the returned goods amount will be adjusted on the next invoice sent to you. Please note that we can only credit the returned goods value after we have received it at Diddi Design.

 



OUR POLICY

Late Returns
You have 14 days from the date you received your order to exchange or return. Returns outside of this period may be accepted at the discretion of Bud to Rose.

Return Shipment
Parcels that are returned to us remain the customer's responsibility until receipted at the Bud to Rose headquarters. Please note Bud to Rose cannot accept responsibility for return orders lost in transit.

Faulty Goods
Goods are classified as faulty if they are not of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose or as described. Please note that items which are damaged or as a result of normal wear and tear; by accident; or through misuse will not be considered faulty.

In case of complaint no shipping charge or return shipping fee will be charged. If you have received a defect item, please contact our customer service as soon as possible via email: webshop@budtorose.se  or by phone +46 42-206730 (opening hours: Mon – Fri, 9am-12am & 1pm-3pm GMT+1).

- Bud to Rose have the responsibility for the product until you have received it. If you discover damage to the parcel before you open it, please contact customer service via email webshop@budtorose.se or by calling +46 42-206730 (opening hours: Mon – Fri, 9am-12am & 1pm-3pm GMT+1).

- If you suspect that an item is missing from the parcel, or that the seal is broken, the distribution centre should be notified/informed of this immediately.

Colors on the website
We have made every effort to display the colours of our products that appear on budtorose.com/se as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of a color will be completely accurate.

Repeated Returns
We do monitor the number of returns made by customers, and continued returns considered as abusing the system will potentially be refused at the discretion of Bud to Rose.
